Ann transitioned to a vegetarian diet at the age of 16, and made the switch to veganism in 2022. With over a decade of experience working in grocery stores she decided to open The Vegan Pantry, a place for vegans to shop where they wouldn’t have to look at labels.
Sage Scholz (They/He)

Sage is a Buffalo based artist. They have been vegetarian since birth and are excited to be working in a place hosting an entire stock of plant based foods. They are behind the product signs and some of the art around the store.
Khishan Sochan (He/Him)
Team Member
Khishan is a short story author from Connecticut. He’s grown up around vegans and vegetarians for the better part of two decades and is excited to share his love for plant based and vegan foods.
